I studied at the Berkshire College of Art in Maidenhead for a year before going on to Camberwell School of Art in London, graduating from there in the late 1960s with an Honours Degree in Painting & Drawing.  For the first five years, post-graduating, I taught Art within ILEA before moving down to Sonning-on-Thames from London to practice full-time as a Painter.

I have exhibited work in the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy, also at Reading Museum Art Gallery and have had a number of mixed and one-man shows in galleries across the South and South East, but I mostly sell work privately from my studio in Twyford.  My work is currently held in private collections in the UK, Ireland, France, Greece, Australia and Thailand
